Last week, specifically on March 5th, 2024, I had the opportunity to serve as a speaker, having been invited by the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).
The event was the 31st National Real Estate Convention (31st NREC), held on March 5th, 2024, at the Sheraton Petaling Jaya.
The theme was “Sustainable Property Sector: From Cradle to Grave.”
I delivered a presentation during the second session, which focused on the theme of “Real Estate Trend.” I am grateful for the invitation, as it provided me with an unforgettable experience.

I’m delighted to share my experience as a presenter at the National Real Estate Convention (NREC) 2024 in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, which I attended upon an invitation from RISM (Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia).
This event marked a pivotal moment in the evolution of the property sector, with a primary focus on sustainability throughout the property lifecycle. It garnered the attention of professionals from various backgrounds, including property managers, appraisers, real estate agents, developers, and representatives from the public sector, academia, and non-governmental organizations.
I’m also proud to share that NREC 2024 has been featured in Star Property magazine, Malaysia.
