The 31st Pan Pacific Congress of Real Estate Appraisers, Valuers, and Counselors (PPC), held in New Taipei City, Taiwan from September 5-8, 2023, was a landmark event gathering professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region. Organized by the Chinese Institute of Land Appraisal (CILA), the congress centered around the theme “The Impacts of COVID-19 and Global Political Economy on Real Estate,” attracting nearly 500 participants from diverse government agencies and private sectors worldwide. Notably, the event boasted significant female participation, with women comprising up to 40% of attendees, a milestone in international gatherings attended by Asti.

Day 1 – Panelist Session
Asti Widyahari contributed as a panelist in a session titled “Navigating Proptech’s New Terrain: A Digital Roadmap for Valuation and Emerging Challenges,” featuring insights from Prof. Simon C.Y.
